the Bear SG btw, go read the CitySpring thing.. it's a mess.. projection of management fee was $566k.. the company made a stupendous loss.. the revenue is half of the final mismanagement fee which ended up at $63million projection of management fee was about 120th the size of the actual fee.. talk about a bloated management
